The course winds its way through a dense pine forest. The fairways are lush Bermuda grass and are lined with avenues of tall trees.   There is an interesting variety of holes and the back nine has several elevation changes.. The stroke index 1 is the dogleg second and there are more doglegs. There is a good set of par three holes and many fairways are enlivened by birdsong and colourful wild flowers.
